Welcome to the Birdhouse Gourd page. I made a bunch of these and sold them all at outdoor craft shows. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures. But I do still make these, and WILL post them from now on. 	Click here for more images of this gourd. White gourd with cardinal. The "greenery" inside is plastic is simply a bit of garland curled up with a small decorative cardinal stick in the center. All of this can be very easilly removed so you can change the look of this by placing other items inside. Obviously this isn't really usable as a bird house. The openings are too big. However, I have used these as real live planters. They hold up for many years. (They are organic and will eventually rot. So if you want to keep it nice, opt for plastic plants.)
